The folks at the dealership were friendly, but I felt very overwhelmed in hindsight. I purchased a Gold Certified vehicle, on the test drive I noticed it needed an alignment, they agreed to get that take very overwhelmed in hindsight. I purchased a Gold Certified vehicle, on the test drive I noticed it needed an alignment, they agreed to get that taken care of for me. The next day I noticed the front headlight assembly was non functional. No lights, indicators, etc. I fear this vehicle was not thoroughly inspected to meet Gold Certification and feel very angry as I will now have to go for a second time to get service done on my new purchase in less than a week More
