Be careful if buying your car off of your lease. Went direct to Nissan Finance and saved almost $2000 by not paying inflated fees for registration, VIN etching and absurd dealer doc fee. Never have seen so many 1 star reviews on a business. Cant speak to the service dept. (certainly others have), but the finance is a joke. Also very cheap tactics around ext warranty/other bs. Finance Director got visibly irritated when I declined their BS (of course he makes great commission on such crap) and became very pushy. By the time I left, 4 hours later, my head hurt so bad from his cologne and aftershave. Wild experience. I can tell you that. More
Scammers. Bought 2015 rouge. Not even 8 weeks transmission is bad. I didnt even put enough miles on it for it's first oil change. Did not get extended warranty. I cant afford it. They want me to pay 4800.00. in CT you have 60 days or so many miles for a issue. The dealership is responsible to fix. They won't. My receipt does not have a mark in the box for as is. I'm a female. They knew I needed the SUV to help a elderly friend everyday. I dont get paid for it. It's not a job. They knew I have a friend who just had a breast removed because of cancer and I take her to her Drs and ect. They had me test drive a 2018 rouge and it was overheating. Needless to say I had enough and made a appointment to go back. They told me that day that they would give me as close to the amount I paid for it. When I went back the manager said he would only give me 3000. I could not believe it. I paid them 4 times that. He claims they have to put a new transmission in to sell it and it would be a loss for them to give me almost all the money I paid for it. But If you add the price for a new transmission and the offer of 3000 I would still have lost thousands. Nissian would be over 4000 in profit if I took the 3000 and they paid for new transmission. You know they won't put a new transmission in. So they get over 8000.00 of my money. Funny when I was first there they told me they were going to send it to auction. When I was told I get only 3000 I was crushed and crying. I have no money to fix it. I have a suv that is no good. How this dealership and its staff can do that to a person is evil. How the staff could work for Nissan and the manager ??? I will never understand. So please be aware of the lack of caring they give to the customers. How they don't follow state guide on the 60 day. I will never step foot in that place. Many other dealerships that work with you and truely care for the customers. Nissian of Manchester DON'T!!!!! More
BEWARE dealt with Chelsea Vanderslice she was inefficient, unprofessional, unprepared, undependable, unresponsive, disrespectful and incompetent., After they get your money no one at this dealer inefficient, unprofessional, unprepared, undependable, unresponsive, disrespectful and incompetent., After they get your money no one at this dealership ever has an answer to your questions, they never answer the phone and they never call you back. They have no customer service skills. I am very sorry I ever entered their doors. Just be very careful who you deal with and be sure the car is ready for delivery before you give them any money. Chelsea Vanderslice gives used car salespeople a BAD NAME. More
