I bought a used car from DeCormier Nissan and they gave me a bill of sale for a specific amount. When I decided not to finance through them, I had them fax the bill of sale to my bank. They changed the pr me a bill of sale for a specific amount. When I decided not to finance through them, I had them fax the bill of sale to my bank. They changed the price by $200 and failed to tell me. I caught onto them and quickly called up saying that I was no longer interested in the car b/c they have been starting to pull stuff on me. They told me that the $200 was for optional window etching. I told them that I never chose that option and they responded by saying that they automatically add it unless the customer says otherwise. I was never aware of this because they failed to tell me. How else was I supposed to find out? Also, I traded in my car that had performance wheels on it. Before I traded it in, I took the wheels off so I could sell them on the side to make extra money. When I was driving away in my new car from DeCormier I got a nasty call from their general manager, Ron, saying that "there is a big problem w/ this transaction and you have to call me right away!" I called him and had him on speaker phone w/ my father and stepmother listening. He was so rude to me and the tone of his voice was very unprofessional. I was told by the finance guy that the wheels could stay on or off, when I asked him about the value of my trade in. I was given 2 different stories by employees who work at the same dealership. The communication in that place is awful. I told Ron that I would return the tires back to him and that this was a misunderstanding. He told me that I had signed a paper confirming that the way my car was the day it was looked at for a trade-in, was "as is". If I signed that document, fine. But make sure all of your other employees are on the same page and not telling me different stories. I bought the car on a Thursday night and I told Ron I would have the tires in by the weekend. I received 5 calls either from Ron or Shishean by that Saturday. When I went to return the tires to them I complained that I felt like I was being harrassed. Ron told me that he yelled at Shishean for calling me and harrassing me. Bottom line, DeCormier Nissan acts one way to your face to get the sale and then turns their back on you once they have the money in their hand. Typical car dealership. I will never recommend them to anyone. Infact, I tell them not to go there to avoid any hassle. More

I would highly recommend these guys, but I have heard that their prices are high at times and not always willing to budge with prices, but I havent had a bad experience myself with that, but overall...yeah, they guys are good:) More
Fairly pleasant sales staff, helpfull but utimately very unpleasant experience. A lot of old school "padding the bill" technics employed, you need to be on your toes or they will take you for a ride. They o unpleasant experience. A lot of old school "padding the bill" technics employed, you need to be on your toes or they will take you for a ride. They offered us a paint protection service for $400, we declined and the invoice was marked with a big X and NO next to the service. Well you guessed it , the finance manager charged us anyways along with $200 for "optional" window etching (still not sure what benefit this provides to me) and he sold us a absolutely useless service contract. The first 2 charges were not even listed on the sales invoice so if I had not checked the math a couple times I would have never noticed the desparity.Well in the end (now 11 days after sale) we have recieved no refund for the $400 and he laughed at the idea of refunding the $200 saying , it was burried in there but you signed for it, he has cancelled the service contract(so he says) but refuses to give the owner's contact info, very infuriating experience!
