They offered us a paint protection service for $400, we declined and the invoice was marked with a big X and NO next to the service. Well you guessed it , the finance manager charged us anyways along with $200 for "optional" window etching (still not sure what benefit this provides to me) and he sold us a absolutely useless service contract. The first 2 charges were not even listed on the sales invoice so if I had not checked the math a couple times I would have never noticed the desparity.Well in the end (now 11 days after sale) we have recieved no refund for the $400 and he laughed at the idea of refunding the $200 saying , it was burried in there but you signed for it, he has cancelled the service contract(so he says) but refuses to give the owner's contact info, very infuriating experience!
