We decided to purchase the car because it was a certified vehicle and it was in excellent condition. Also the price was very good for such high quality car. The day we bought the car this dealership was very organized. They provided all the necessary papers and gave us a "Home Folder" and a "Car Folder". Matt, the manager, was very sensitive to my husband's health needs and provided us with extra service. Jeff, our salesman, also went out of his way to accommodate us. This dealer was far from our home but it was worth the trip. We are enjoying our beautiful car and we would highly recommend DeCormier. More

It might be worth noting that I bought a rather unusual car, a Nissan Leaf, an electric car. Many people, dealers included seem to be rather unfamiliar with the vehicle. I visited Decormier to see if I could trade in my older truck for the new Pathfinder. I was greeted and well taken care of from the minute I entered the showroom. He showed me the pricing in detail on both my trade-in and on the new car. When Bob was available, he made it clear that I was his first priority and took over for the balance of the transaction. They really took care of me and offered me a great value for my trade-in, as well as a great deal on the 2013 Pathfinder they had on the lot (the very one I was looking for!) They were all very straight forward, honest, friendly and made my car buying experience one that I wish everyone could have. I would highly recommend DeCormier (I already have!) to any of my friends or to anyone who is considering a new OR used car purchase. When we walked in to DeCormier we instantly felt welcome. Every person we dealt with was friendly, accommodating and understanding our needs. No pressure is something I'm all about, being in sales myself. I want to thank each and everyone involved in our purchase. I have never, ever in my life had such a nice time buying a car. I told my wife on the way, "oh no, I hate this part, it is always get your information, then make you sit down, give you a runaround, etc" - w a car. We walked in and were directed to Calvin. He is such a nice person, and was so pleasant to work with !! He took us to exactly the car we were looking for (Rogue), let us drive it, answered all our questions, and did not pressure us in any way. When it was time for us to leave, he simply let us go, and said he hoped to hear from us soon. I then expected the next usual - calls every other day asking me if buying me a six pack and giving me $200 to buy it today would help get me in there tonight !! But - NO !! No pressure, no annoyances, I was so happy I couldn't believe it. We wanted the 2014 Rogue, and I stopped by to place the order, and there one was sitting on the showroom floor ! We told Calvin we wanted to buy it. And we did ! We got home and decided we wanted leather. Nissan was so nice when we went back, trying to help us understand the options we had available, purchasing the next model up. In the end, we decided we would use their recommended upholsterer to add after-market leather, because the model we got has the third row of seats, and we wanted to keep those. Honestly I have never felt more helped, less bothered, and had all around very simple and wonderful car shopping experience. I would go back to Decormier again and again, and when it is time to trade in the Xterra, that will be the first stop. I can't say it enough, I have always, every single time, had a horrible car shopping experience, this was so refreshing to enjoy car shopping for the first time in my life. Thank you Decormier !! The atmosphere was very friendly; upon arrival I was offered coffee and I felt comfortable. Rob was very attentive and followed up with me every step of the way. Sam and Eric provided excellent services and were a pleasure. Overall it was the best experience I've had at a car dealership and they were very easy going. Everyone worked hard to make sure I had a positive experience. The staff that I worked with were very knowledgeable about the features and services available to me. He presented what he had and answered questions simply and accurately. He showed comparison "buy" vs. "lease" (which I asked about as I have not bought / leased a NEW car in many years.). We too a local and highway test drive. All the conversation(s) were simple "sit around the desk - drinking coffee" relaxed discussions. I HATE buying 'big ticket' items, but Bill - and the whole environment at DeCormier - made leasing a new car a pleasant experience. I had no doubt that I had been treated in a fair and honest manner. There was NO BUYER'S REMORSE or misgivings. Bill went through the features of the car and I was quite comfortable when I left the dealership with my new car. Eric made the financing part / paperwork painless. The Quality of Work category rating refers to the GlassCoat applied to the vehicle.
