I also brought a volkswagen in I was considering purchasing from a private party and their service department did a great job going through the vehicle and clearly explaining all the problems and risks without trying to push me to buy one of their vehicles, which I really appreciated. I took one star off of quality of work as they weren't able to complete all the detailing on the car the day we purchased it so we'll have to bring it back in to finish that. Hopefully their main detailer can get the rest of the scratches out. More

We test drove multiple brands at multiple dealerships but hands down Eon & Christine gave us the best customer service...period! At no point did I feel pressured or forced into a car. We weren't sure if Eon would be able to make the financials work out and more than a few times I gave up, but he was persistent and worked long and hard to make the math work. We have 2 toddlers that can be tornadoes and more than once they ran around the place like they owned it and every associate they bumped into (literally) met them with a smile. The donuts helped too! We finally closed the deal about 9pm, Eon was with us every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without him working with us every step of the way. I've bought and sold more cars then I can count and I can honestly say Eon was the best salesman I've dealt with. More
