Kait is absolutely amazing! (Everyone we interacted at Bert Smith is, but Kait was our salesperson!) We ordered a BRZ and a Crosstrek. We actually live about an hour away, but chose Bert Smith Subaru because they donate to Southeastern Guide Dogs, who will be giving me a service dog. Kait helped me surprise my husband, who didn’t know we were going there to order cars, even coming in on her day off to make it happen. When arranging the surprise, I told her we were “a sure thing,” but hoped that wouldn’t stop us from getting a good deal. She promised to take good care of us, and proved she is a woman of her word! Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way as we waited for our cars to be built, and ensured that our experience was perfect! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. Having someone you can trust and count on throughout the process really does relieve so much stress that could easily arise from making a major purchase (or in our case, two!).
