Working with Bert Smith feels like a partnership Never before have I used a car dealership for service, but when we purchased our first Porsche, a used, pre-owned Panamera and brought it to Florida, Never before have I used a car dealership for service, but when we purchased our first Porsche, a used, pre-owned Panamera and brought it to Florida, I decided to forgo the mechanics who had serviced our Mercedes and Jaguar to see how the dealership would take care of us. It felt like a partnership. They were as concerned about the car being "perfect" as we were. When the car turned eight years old we purchased another Panamera - this time from Bert Smith. A much newer certified pre-owned Panamera. I haven't needed the sales department to find a car for us, but the sales department treated us fairly and professionally. They had the car we wanted, but we didn't shop it very hard. It was our history with the service department that caused us to buy from Bert Smith. Worked with Mo and Corine and Bill, the service manager, for many years. Recently when Mo recommended something for the new car, he ended by saying "Of course we'll do whatever you want." I smiled and said "If I didn't respect your opinion, I wouldn't have come to you for service." I respect their judgement and they're great people to do business with. More

Please note that my car has no problems and I am very satisfied with the vehicle as it was delivered new a little over 1 year ago. That said, this review is more on the service department than the car as I have absolutely no issues with my car. First, scheduling the service appointment was easy following the prompts I receive on line and on the car dash. The team offered several dates and time for service which I appreciate. On the scheduled date, my car was taken in on time and completed in a very timely manner. Everything was checked and working fine. The service technician met me at my car return explaining several options on my tire monitoring system which I didn't know and suggestions on how to read additional system checks in the car system. To my surprise, the car was detailed beyond my expectations. Not only was the car washed, it was vaccumed and the tires armoraled. Great way to get my car back and a great experience. I always wait for my care in their clean, bright showroom. Complimentary coffee and pastries if you like. At another dealership, that I will not mention here, I was charged double what I was charged at Bert Smith. The waiting area was small, dingy, and less than comfortable. I regretted going there and have never gone back. More
