I was greeting by David after I looked briefly at the VW's. He asked me what I was looking for and what my objectives were. We "built" a car with everything i wanted and discussed the pros and cons of various packages. He then went "hunting" for one, which he found later that day. I came in the next day and we worked on the trade in's and price. That was on a Saturday. On Tuesday I came back in for a little more "instruction" on the tech stuff. He was very helpful and wanted to make everything right for my first experience of buying a car on my own. More

I have been with Bert Smith over 6 years now, this was my 3 rd acquisition, and the only thing I can say is that- Outstanding. I was dealing with 3 other BMW dealers for options to trade in my car. Not only David found me the best deal of all other dealers, he saved me much time being able to communicate and pretty much close the deal by email, by the time I got to Bert Smith was just a matter if signing- no surprises there- what he told me that was what happened, the system was own that day because of the storm- no worries they did not let me leave the dealer without my new car- I drove back my new car home with no papers sign- uhuau- this is trust where the word still has weight- the next day I do in to sign, from the Financial manager to David, what can I say- amazing- in the time I was inside signing my papers, not only David detailed my car completely, put my new mats, fill my tank, and on the top of it- they just gave me back my car registration- RENEWD- it was due this month June- and you RENEWD for me AT NO CHARGE- I actually was so amazed that I posted on my FB page the quality of BERT SMITH costumer services. Way to go Oh, to finalize I have to say, that David also took care of putting my dark windows- and he gave me a car so I wouldn't just suit around 2 hours without doing nothing. I highly recommend Bert Smith to my friends and I highly recommend David Craig not just a great BMW sales person but just highly costumer services skills- hard to find- after my 3 weeks contact with others in the area. I called tony on a Wednesday. I'm a big numbers guy so I already had my payment and financing calculated out. I requested for him to verify if the payment I requested would be something that would be a so I already had my payment and financing calculated out. Without checking my credit, knowing that the potential transaction was subject to me having a sufficient credit rating, Tony advised that my payment would be attainable and I was very excited. I had previously been working with another BMW dealership that was unfortunately not so accomodating- or at least not as upfront and honest about what they could or could not do. The next day (Thursday) I faxed over my credit application in the morning and by Noon I was approved. On Saturday, I went to pick the car up. One of the very important details when it comes to me as a customer is that I don't like to feel pushed or pressured at any point in time, and Tony understood that and was simply honest and upfront (as well as extremely custumer-service oriented.) The other important point is that most of the aforementioned communication was completed via email, as I have a very hectic job schedule and unfortunately was unable to utilize phone time for personal use in the office. Once I picked up my X3, it was everything that I dreamed of. Tony took me on a test drive before I took it home and showed me some of the features of the vehicle. I am extremely happy to be dealing with Tony and his management and finance team as they treated me like a customer likes to be treated- like a million dollars. I am a very ambitious person with serious financial goals for the future and my next vehicle will be a BMW and most likely more expensive than the one I just purchased. I went into the dealership on a random Saturday just to look and not necessarily ready to purchase. When I met Tony, I knew that was going to change. I gave Bert Smith a high rating becuase they did exactly what I asked them to do do for me. I asked my sales associate to give me a fair price quote without hours of needless negotiations. He had an offered prepared in advance as soon as we finished the test drives. They let me test drive whatever car I wished and when it came time to custom order my car, they never questioned my choices or tried to sell me things I didn't want. Tony Cheung (my sales advisor) did have an answer for me on every question and did go through every single option and explain them all to me during the order process. Tony kept me updated hrough the entire process of ordering the car. When the car arrived, they had all the paper work ready. There was not one change in the terms or one cent difference in the price I had agreed to over the two months that had passed since the car was ordered. It was the fastest paperwork signing upon delivery of any of the ten plus new cars I have bought. My sales associate went back over all the features of my car again before we left the dealership. I was so happy with my experience that my girlfriend bought a new BMW X1 from Mr. Cheung two weeks after I picked up my BMW 328i. In the end, I felt like my sales advisor has become a business associate or even a friend.
