We went into Bert Smith looking at 2008 and 2009 used 3 series, but we ended up with a 2011 for nearly the same price. Michael Ford was great, very upfront with our trade in, and the pricing of the new veh series, but we ended up with a 2011 for nearly the same price. I showed them the preapproval letter from my bank and they were able to beat it. On top of it all they treated our kids like their own and made sure they were happy while we completed the process. I will definitely be back for service or new vehicles in the future. I could only wish every dealership operated like them. More
