I’m not someone who rushes to leave negative reviews, but this hasn’t been a one-off situation. I’ve had three separate bad experiences here (at this point, shame on me). Without getting into specifics no one cares about, I tried to give them the opportunity to correct the problem, and they somehow just made it worse. If anyone from BMW Corporate happens to read this, you should take a look at what’s happening here. This location is actively damaging the trust and reputation your brand has spent decades building.
