I was shocked with the lack of customer service at this dealership. I was initially told my service appointment would take “a couple of hours.” I dropped my car off in the morning and did not receive a sin dealership. I was initially told my service appointment would take “a couple of hours.” I dropped my car off in the morning and did not receive a single update on my car the entire day, despite the fact that I texted and called 3 separate times. The service workers then LEFT for the day without giving me any sort of update, while my car sat there overnight. I again had to call back the following day to receive my first update on the service. The car was finally ready after almost 2 days, and not once did I receive any apology or even acknowledgement about the total lack of communication and inconvenience. To top things off, I returned home that night to find a cracked hinge cover, and was told that it did not occur during the service. This was my first time using a dealer for service (due to recall) and I will never be back. More

I went in to have my car serviced and I was told it would be 2.5 hours. They gave me a loaner car and when I returned 2.5 hours later they told me they hadn't even started the service on my car! I had to wai be 2.5 hours. They gave me a loaner car and when I returned 2.5 hours later they told me they hadn't even started the service on my car! I had to wait another 2 hours. I will go to Boston Volvo next time!! No wonder why they only have a two star rating! More

Just got my Volvo back in time for the good weather. The car (a 2012 hardtop convertible) drives as good as new. It is amazing to me that the dealer carries the parts and has the technicians to support its car (a 2012 hardtop convertible) drives as good as new.
