I knew what car I wanted, and I wanted the best deal. I used Consumer Reports car buying service and got 3 bids from competing dealers. Dell is a very professional, experienced, and hard working salesman that I truly enjoyed working with. Bernardi's is very low pressure, with no pressure up-sell for needless add-ons. I would recommend Dell to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. I have certainly told my friends and highly recommended him to them. Thanks Dell, you have gained a long time customer! More

I purchased my new 4runner from bernardi and all I can say is wow!!!!!!I had the deal basically done before I even got to the dealership after a few emails with Brandon. my son and I were fortunate to be greeted by Jerry Encarnacion on Saturday afternoon, we were seated to talk about what we were looking for - we had an exact budget that we had to work with, we though Encarnacion on Saturday afternoon, we were seated to talk about what we were looking for - we had an exact budget that we had to work with, we thought we had done our homework ahead of time but we were actually asking Jerry to offer us something we could not afford, he explained our options based on our input and listened to what we were saying and asking about, we did not want to finance, wanted to make a cash transaction, we misunderstood the fact that cash sales no longer offer a reduction in price, Jerry fully explained this to us, we decided to look at a used Camry and test drove it - while we liked the car we later realized that with the complete package (taxes, paltes, RMV, etc.) that we were way over budget, thus we thanked Jerry and said we had to bow out, he offered financing but we were not interested in that - we thanked him for his time working with us and he was very kind and professional, he didn't try to sell us anything we couldn't afford and did mention other options in our price range - sadly we left, as we were about to leave the lot Jerry ran out to give us his business card and we all thanked each other again called some family members to assist us with the purchase of the car we drove which took a few hours, we were actually able to come up with the asking price and called Jerry back, the dealership was actually closed yet Jerry was still there, he took the time to talk with me and check on the vehicle again for us, we decided that I would come back in the next day, Sunday, to complete the transaction and made an appointment, he did tell us to allow about an hour and a half to do all of the paperwork, when we were walking in we saw Jerry with a customer and he greeted us and said he would be with us shortly, he ended up meeting us right on time which we appreciated, he was polite and thorough explaing everything and asking us if we had any questions as a rule I dislike dealing with car dealers but I have to admit that it was a pleasure to do business with Jerry Encarnacion - you can take pride in knowing that he is a true asset to your dealership - we've purchased thru Bernadi in the past and I would consider them again in the future - as I'm sure youwill agree, a salesperson can make or break your business - I am a happy customer thanks to Jerry's assistance! I would recommend Bernardi Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota or Scion. Brandon was excellent at the start and then Dell Silva took over once we got there to see a vehicle. Both were so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process which as we all know can be a very trying experience. A deal was done in a very short period of time and the negotiations were not pressurized at all. The finance gentlemen was also excellent his name was Edwin. Once again no pressure at all. We picked the car up today and everything we asked for was done, the car was immaculate and Dell walked us through every aspect of the vehicle. I would not waste my time going to another dealer in the metrowest area. I have bought many many cars and this was by far the best experience. More

He was as knowledgeable, patient, polite and considerate as any salesman wit then you cannot help becoming the number one Toyota dealer in the world! He was as knowledgeable, patient, polite and considerate as any salesman with whom I have ever dealt and more accommodating than any of the rest of them. Despite the complications of my living in New Hampshire and buying the car from your dealership in Massachusetts, Osi refused to let these conditions complicate or frustrate a wonderful sales experience. He truly "went the extra mile" in both the sales and delivery portions of the experience. He has earned you a customer for life! More
