The Framingham MA location has always been impressive.Most important, I trust the expertise and thoroughness. I appreciate the full maintenance checks on status of car top to bottom. Service people (Christopher and others I encountered) were thorough and very accommodating. The new feature of a video by mechanic inside shop showing actual explanation of problem(s) was a surprise and very helpful. The wait area (and whole place) is so clean and comfortable. Or the choice of the shuttle service is very convenient.
