We began our search for a 2014 Corolla LE by doing a great deal of research online, and requesting quotes from several dealers by email. He asked if we owned a Toyota because we would qualify for a $500 rebate, and I said, unfortunately no. He said fine and to let him know if we were interested. The next evening I called and Brandon was off, so I spoke with Mark. I told him that while Bernardi was not the lowest price, they were close, and based on reviews and the positive sales experience of our daughter that we would like to come in and finalize the deal tomorrow. He said that was great, and they would have the car ready for us to buy. Also, he said that any price differences would be ironed out in person. I made sure Mark knew we were driving almost 100 miles each way and we would need to do everything in one trip. We made an appointment for 1:00 pm the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, we briefly met with Mark, who then brought Aydin over. As it turns out, Aydin knew nothing about our emails and tried to start from scratch (a waste of 15-20 min.). We told him we wanted the black LE and he said fine we could do the paperwork and pick it up in a couple of days!! We were extremely upset...we had just driven 2 hours to get there. At that point Ark became involved in trying to get our car there from Bernardi's supplemental lot about 15 minutes away. He finally came over and said he was sorry, but our car was not available and we couldn't buy it today!! He also stated we had a great price and couldn't move on the price. He felt that the price quoted included the rebate we didn't qualify for. Certainly not our fault. We ended up walking out and going to another dealer down the road, and bought our new Corolla a few hours later. All in all, a big waste of time. If you don't have the car on the lot, how are you going to sell it??!! Why spend the time negotiating by email, setting up an appointment, driving two hours, only to be treated as if you had just started the process? More

They took me to meet the technician he was a master certified it cost the same if not less for the same service they showed me and then showed me the other work I did not need.I will file a complaint against the other shop . Thank you Bernardi service for saving me lots of money and you guys are honest. More
I have been in Bernardi Toyota many times for service. Always it was ok, sometimes not happy with the work and sometimes for good customer service I went back. This last service appointment was out of all standards. I called and made appointment for next day. Drove there and service rep told me there is no appointment for me, when I asked to see the person who made my appointment, I have been told she (Andrea) doesn’t seat in that building and she is in some place in Framingham. Some people working here have NO customer service skills at all. Bernardi Toyota , you are not the only one offering service for Toyota, there are at least 2 other dealers on rt9, who will gladly take my business. More

I called the next day to make sure we're still on schedule, and I get a confirmation that all is good. So I go there, and the car is not there, obviously I wasn't happy with how things went especially after 2 confirmations for my test drive. Jerry shows me the specs of the car on paper which I can see online pretty easy, even better with pictures and I ask him to give me a general quote, Jerry replies by saying to go see the prices online as well, basically returning my answer to me, I explained that I work with a preferred employer so "online" cannot give me the numbers I need to see. After that Ark comes over with some numbers which had no truth about them at all: I asked for a 15,000 miles/year lease, and he gets me numbers for 12,000. I asked for all the other expenses to be included, then he says this does not include no other expenses except the car price, we had to do the calculation over and over again although I made it clear he should include everything in the first place. Mind you, all the calculations were done on paper by hand, nothing printed or run by their systems like other dealerships do, just Ark, thinking and writing numbers infront of me. In all cases, I leave, and 2 weeks later Jerry calls me back to see if I'm still interested in a drive, when I said I leased another car, he starts talking crap about the other car and telling me to come back to them if my car ever broke, although his knowledge does seem to be missing a bit of research since the car I leased has way higher consumer rating than the Toyota. I have been visiting dealerships for quite a while now, and this is not the first time I do that, but I don't think I saw anyone that unprofessional, rude, and has no respect for appointments and customers whatsoever. Being a prior Toyota owner and very happy with the same, it was time to buy another. With help from my insurance company, three Toyota dealers were recommended to me. One of these was Bernardi Toyota in Framingham , Mass. Upon arrival and expecting another "High Pressure" sales pitch I was unprepared for my reception. Being met at the door by my Internet connection, I was warmly greeted and directed to an informal waiting area and told someone would be there shortly to assist me. Sal Sassone quickly appeared and our discussion began. Sal was the greatest. None of the high pressure sales pitch I expected. After our introductions, I explained to Sal what I was looking for. Sal answered all my questions, made suggestions on some of the options and paint colors and what was available. Our "perfect car was not available at Bernardis, but Sal checked other dealers and quickly located exactly what we wanted. An exchange between dealers could be made. Long story made short, papers were signed and Toyotas 0.0% financing arranged. Sal subsequently picked up the car and delivered the same to us in New Hampshire a few days later. Once again Sal took all the time necessary to show us all the features and how they worked. There may be other great sales folks at Bernardi's but I definitely recommend Sal if you want a "no pressure", knowledgeable, courtesy filled purchasing experience. A well satisfied N. H. resident. I went to Bernardi Toyota in Framingham to purchase my 2nd Highlander. Sam Lee was a wonderful sales person. He was very helpful and easy going through the whole process. I never felt pressured nor agitated with their assistance more like comforting and welcoming, unlike other times i have had with the whole car buying services I have had in the past. Sam Lee is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and his professionalism was outstanding. Even thought Boch Toyota offered me a better deal, when it came to price. They were pressuring and felt overwhelming at time, even worse their customers services were so terrible and at times really disrespectful.. That why I did not hesitate to leave there in a hurry, contacted Sam Lee back and purchase the car at Bernadine Toyota. I would highly, highly recommend Sam Lee and his manager Ark Rocha to anyone that is looking for any car or just thinking about getting a new car in particular.
