Most of all, I found him extremely relatable. He was easy to talk to and it was refreshing to buy a car from (not a sleazy car salesman) someone who ended up feeling like a friend. When I came to Bernardi in late December 2012, I was in the market for a new car. Bernardi was the first place I visited. It was my luck to be assigned Arquimedes "Ark" Rocha as the salesperson. In the end, I bought my new plug-in Prius at Bernardi and didn't visit another dealership. I priced the vehicle I bought on line and found the bottom line price was fair. When I went to pick up my new car, Ark very patiently explained everything I needed to know to get the most out of my car, including hooking up the blue tooth connection between my phone and the car. Over the last year I have been to Bernardi a few times for regular service and inspection. It is easy to get an appointment, the service people are helpful and explain things clearly, and the service is done promptly while I have waited. If you are in the market for a Toyota, go to Bernardi and ask for Arquimedes. More

I very much appreciated Dell's straight-forward approach to the sale, and I didn't feel like I was being jerked around at all during the price negotiation. Brandon was absolutely great when it came to getting my questions answered, and making sure they were directed to the appropriate individuals. To be fair, if it wasn't for some inconsistencies between what I was told regarding several extended warranties I initially purchased (that were later removed when I signed a new contract) from the finance manager and the fine print contained within the documentation, I would have given a 5 rating of my experience across the board. However, as individuals, both Dell and Brandon get a 5 rating. More
