We recently purchased a used car from Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. I just assumed that our purchase would be treated as somewhat less important than a new car purchase. And while I thought I'd hate the car buying experience nothing could be further from what we experienced. We worked with Ryan Wormmood who was excellent from the start. He communicated clearly and openly and made us feel comfortable and as it was Presidents Day weekend the dealership was rather busy. Ryan was sure to routinely communicate our wait time and each and every staff member we encountered was courteous and seemed genuinely engaged.
