When I picked up the car it was in order and looked great. Felipe was very helpful and patient in explaining the features of the car. My sales rep Felipe Amabile was very professional and knowledgeable. I do also appreciate the willingness of the sales manager Savanh Insisiengmay to meet our needs. He worked with us and with a smile. And so did Briana the finance manager who took her time to go over some insurance products. The whole crew was very friendly yet professional and that made our experience a very pleasant one. My sister is very happy with her Highlander, but even happier with the overall sales experience. I would recommend Bernardi but especially Savanh, Felipe and Briana to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More
