Excellent experience I have had the chance to work with Guilerme Nahra, who was also called Guil in the dealership. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable about cars. I came in late afternoon on a busy day and I did realize that he had had a long day. However, he walked me through the options that he think would be a good fit for me after carefully listening to my requirements. He then nicely let me test drive all the cars that I considered, during which he explained the difference between the model. Unlike other salespersons that I have worked with, I did not feel the hassle to buy when working with Guil, for example, he did not ask for any kind of commitment to run a credit check. I ended up with a model that I really liked, and was excited enough to not realize it didn't come with floormats. I called Guil up and the problem was solved quickly and nicely --- his manager offered me free floormats. Overall, my experience with Bernadi Toyota was great. More
