John Dowden, the Service Manager, personally handled the issues, kept us informed of what was happening and what they found. Our experience was everything you would like to get from a dealership when you bring a car in for service. Communication was excellent, but most of all, we appreciated the honesty about the situation. We will drive the few extra miles to come here. More
