Amazing experience with sales, management and finance staff Nick (preowned manager), Aydin (salesman), and Mike (financing) were amazing! I originally had not intended to buy a new car. I had brought my old Camry in for servicing and was issued a new 2017 Camry as a loaner. I was so impressed by the upgraded sound system and handling that I began thinking about the possibility of upgrading my car to a newer one. I had always wanted a car with AWD but wanted the handling of a sedan. I was not able to get that experience with my old camry and was not excited about the Rav 4. Nick and Aydin were very helpful and let me know the dealership had recently acquired 2 2015 Lexus IS 250's and a 2015 Lexus RX 350 that was fully loaded. I came in for a test drive and immediately decided to buy the RX 350. I just recently returned to work after taking care of my ill father for 3.5 years and I was worried about credit issues impacting my ability to finance. Nick, Aydin, and Mike were very kind and understanding, put me at ease, and were able to work with me to secure the financing I needed to make the purchase a reality! I also was given a great deal on my trade-in. They were all knowledgable about the Toyota vehicles they routinely sell and the used Lexuses they were showing me. I did not feel pressured or rushed in making my decision and felt that the whole transaction was very transparent and open. I have owned 3 other Toyota vehicles prior to my RX and two of them were purchased at Bernardi Toyota. All 3 of my Toyotas have been serviced at Bernardi and I would continue to buy vehicles from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone! This was my best experience there yet! More

Very Bad Oil Change VERY VERY BAD Customer Service at this Toyota Framingham dealership, DON'T COME. I've been coming here for years to service my Tundra and it's been VERY VERY BAD Customer Service at this Toyota Framingham dealership, DON'T COME. I've been coming here for years to service my Tundra and it's been fairly okay until today. I made an appointment for 8am for an oil change. They told me it will take 1.5 to 2hrs, so I left and said I'll be back later. I called at 10am and inquired about the status. The lady informed me that there were various issues with my truck that may need service (i.e. like replacing the side mirrors, etc.). I declined and asked again if my truck was done. She said probably another 1/2 hr. I called back at 11am and still it's not done. The lady said she'll call me when it's done. I called back at noon since no one called me back and asked again. This time the lady said it's ready. I came out there and the bill was $60....I asked whether the price increased. She stated that my truck was a V8 and that's the price. I said but I've been coming here for years and it's only been around thirty something dollars. I asked her to check my records in the system. She pulled it up and stated that they didn't charge me for the oil change last time. I was like "Are you kidding me?" "I came here for an oil change and wasn't charged for an oil change, then what was I charged for???" She couldn't give me an answer. I was so aggravated that I just paid the xxxx bill. I got my keys and went outside to the truck and inspected it. To my surprise, my skid plate was very loose and some screws were missing. I went back in and complained and both the lady and the service manager very not very helpful at all. They stated that the screws were already missing. I said if the screws were missing wouldn't my skid plate fall off on the highway??? I stated that my oil change took way too long from 8am to 1pm and I'm still here at the dealership and now my screws are missing!!!! Long story short, finally the service manager refunded my $$$ and asked me not to come me back again for service. I agreed that this place suck and that I will never come back. More
