We didnt expect to trade in our 2013 Corolla L but we got close to the CarMax price so we did. Stephan A. brought us the car we wanted and not only did he explain the Toyota Safety Sense System's emergency braking but showed us how to use the lane departure alert and automatic high beams. He set up our Bluetooth, showed what controls did what on the steering wheel, set up Entune navigation with our home address. He adjusted the power driver's seat, raised the steering wheel. All in all a very positive experience. Thumbs up. More
