Lost all trust with this Bernardi Toyota of Framingham. Went in for an oil change and was sold unnecessary service based on service person stating” Toyota recommends”. Changing brake fluid and Fuel Inducti Went in for an oil change and was sold unnecessary service based on service person stating” Toyota recommends”. Changing brake fluid and Fuel Induction service on a 2020 Tundra with 30k miles. After agreeing to the afore mentioned service I did my own research and discovered both are services were not recommended by Toyota. Otherwise, it would be in my service manual. I accept paying higher prices to the dealer, but I also expect fair and honest recommendations on servicing my truck. Congratulations on taking advantage of my trust More
