HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Absolutely atrocious. They lure you in with competitive, fair pricing and then do everything in t If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Absolutely atrocious. They lure you in with competitive, fair pricing and then do everything in their right mind to screw you over. The manager was an entitled *insert swear of choice here*. I saw the bad reviews online, multiple friends told me it was the worst experience of their life, yet I had to go check it out for myself. The service was incredibly slow, they keep you waiting around so you get antsy. Then the manager comes along and strews a whole bunch of bull at you until he offers you a $6000-under market price offer for your trade-in. When you naturally laugh and go to leave he gives you the typical sales guy “I’m on your side pitch” and goes back behind the desk with his buddies to do “everything he possibly can to get you a better offer” (translation: chatting and laughing until whipping a new number out of his ***). He comes back with new numbers >5 times, each one is obviously the absolute BEST he can do. I actually called my mechanic in front of him and my mechanic laughed out loud at his *best* possible offer. The manager then started panicking, actually started yelling at me, and had the nerve to say “you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t need us, you need this offer and this car, you won’t leave”. So I walked out, multiple times, and each time they chased me down offering me more money (I thought you hit your best possible offer 3,000$ ago?). Overall, do NOT go here, do NOT be lured in by the competitive prices—it is NOT WORTH IT. I have dealt with many a car dealership and many a car salesman and these guys were the worst of the worst! More
