Having worked at the Norwood Honda dealership in the past, Brian answered all my questions and knew what customers focused on the most when shopping for a car. Not only did Brian know what to say, but he was also very loyal throughout. He took care of me while the car was being prepped and helped facilitated getting my car ready as fast as possible. Poor Service Had my car serviced here for a tire rotation on March 12. When I got home I noticed my hub cap was missing. It was obviously not secured after the tire rotation. Instead of taking responsibility, Service Manager Domenic Plati said I probably hit a curb on my way home. He offered me a new hubcap for $130. I also waited 1.5 hours for him to review camera footage so he could show me that it was on when it left the shop. More
Fantastic and quick service to resolve the car problem On March 17, my car (2017 Corolla) needed to be jump-started again! Given that this has been a reoccurring problem if I don't start my car "every day On March 17, my car (2017 Corolla) needed to be jump-started again! Given that this has been a reoccurring problem if I don't start my car "every day"! Once it started, I drove the car around for approximately 30 minutes; however, the "engine" light remained on the dashboard, as well as the TRAC light. I contacted Bernardi Toyota and asked if I could bring the car in. Although, it was later in the day, they said I could bring my car in. I told them they could keep the Corolla and work on it the next day (Wednesday). Before Bernardi closed for the day, I received a call from Albin Bytyqi who provided the diagnostic on the problem with my car (nest in the engine and wires were partially eaten through!) and the estimated cost to fix this. I approved the work that needed to be done. I asked if I could pick it up in the morning, and he assured me I could. I picked up my car on Wednesday around 11am. Albin was very nice and extremely helpful, and he gave me several recommendations/solutions to help stop the mice, etc from getting into the engine and creating problems in the future. THANK YOU!!
