I brought my car in for service yesterday. The work was minimal maintenance which took a bit longer than I expected but I'm pleased with the overall experience (other than you discontinued the free cheese minimal maintenance which took a bit longer than I expected but I'm pleased with the overall experience (other than you discontinued the free cheese crackers). My service rep was excellent. I do not know his name but I'd give him 5 or 10 stars depending on whatever rating you employ. Thank you. More

I was very dissatisfied with three consecutive trips to Bernardi Toyota. My wife and I went there to purchase our leased Toyota Corolla. Although the employees were friendly they were extremely slo Bernardi Toyota. My wife and I went there to purchase our leased Toyota Corolla. Although the employees were friendly they were extremely slow. We waited and waited and waited. Spiro never bothered to contact us after he had promised to. The paperwork took over an hour. After we arrived with a bank check it took a different employee 25 minutes just to make a copy. We waited in our car far too long. That is terrible service! When I confronted the employee he made a ridiculous excuse of how busy he was. All we needed was a copy a copy of the check. Twenty five minutes- no excuse!!! We had to call the receptionist more than 15 times in three days just to speak to a salesperson. For the amount of money Toyota charges $799 to purchase our leased car I would expect better service. My wife was late for her doctor’s appointment because we were stuck waiting in their parking lot. It was our first experience with Bernardo Toyota. We still need to drop our car off there to get it properly registered. They said it would require an entire day and we could just “hang out” while they did the work. Hang out for the whole day???? Really? I hope we get better service in the future. More
