I was looking for a new RAV4 with a few specific options that I knew were relatively hard to find and although I knew they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot, I wanted to go in for a test drive to get a feel for the car overall. Oren got us setup to test out a comparable XLE Premium and we loved it. From there I gave him the color, interior and options we wanted. He was able to find exactly what we were looking for at another location and had the car delivered to the lot the next day. We walked out at the end of the week with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Oren was knowledgeable, communicative at every step, walked us through several financing options and I never felt pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make. I couldn't recommend Oren and the Bernardi team more. More
Too many service visits I made two visits for simple alignment/balancing - a service which, if properly done, would have been successfully completed on the first visit. The problem was solved on the second visit with the rebalancing of tires - a tire balance weight which apparently just fell off within days of the first visit. This was not the first time I experienced multiple visits to fix a problem at this dealership: It took the dealership service department three visits to fix a high speed braking problem; it appeared that the Toyota Corporate had a sequence of repair dictated to the dealership for which the real problem was not addressed/accomplished until the third visit. Also, I have a recall (Apr 20) for a stalling problem (fuel pump) for which Toyota Corporate has not provided a fix and does not appear they will until, maybe, Sep 2020; inexcusable negligence on Toyota Corporate’s part. The service representatives were friendly and did everything within their authority to make the repair visit a success. More

First Brand New Car I came into the dealership only with the slightest idea of what I wanted. I was considering both used and brandnew cars. Me being young and a recent college grad no other dealerships would take me seriously on a new car purchase. This was not the case here. My sales agent Oren Goldstein had a brand new 2020 Corolla waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He was very patient with me test driving 5 different cars and did not push me in any direction simply informed me of all the necessary information. I had no intention of purchasing that day but I have no regrets for doing so. Oren was always available to answer any questions no matter what time of day I called or texted. I walked out of the dealership elated with my new car. The dealership is clean and comfortable. Love my car, great experience buying it. Thank you Oren ! More
