The service department went the extra yard to solve a problem. This is the first time in the 10 years that I've been servicing my RAV4 at Bernardi Toyota that I felt that the service advisor was actually looking after my concerns instead of focusing on merely recomm servicing my RAV4 at Bernardi Toyota that I felt that the service advisor was actually looking after my concerns instead of focusing on merely recommending work to be done. Albin (Albin Bytyqi) has been excellent in keeping me updated on what the technicians have found in my car - even bringing me samples of parts so I can understand how it works and showing the parts in a car in the showroom. Further, he came to explain delays which other service advisors haven't done to me with delays I've experienced before. Then, when the recommendations from the technician were brought forward, he was forthcoming with which ones I actually needed to have done at the moment for safety reasons and which ones can wait. He showed a clear understanding that customers have other financial obligations in addition to the burdens of maintaining a car. And in the end, he even gave me and my husband discounts which were much appreciated especially after the total cost was approaching a grand. Will not hesitate to ask for Albin the next time we'll come for service. More
