Comprei um veículo RAV4 no final do mês passado, efetuei o pagamento dia 08/30 2020, na mesma semana o crédito foi aprovado. Então foi entregue a documentação correta para o registro do veículo. A cada sem o pagamento dia 08/30 2020, na mesma semana o crédito foi aprovado. Então foi entregue a documentação correta para o registro do veículo. A cada semana era uma exigência nova de mais um documento. Então, depois de um mês todo esse processo e essa demora, foi constatado que o vendedor passou minhas informações erradas a ponto de minha habilitação de depois de mais de 20 dias expirar a validade. Sem contar também que erraram o cadastro da minha conta bancária atrasando o pagamento, com isso me fazendo passar constrangimentos. Desisti da compra, vou procurar outra vonsercionária Toyota. I bought a RAV4 vehicle at the end of last month, made the payment on 08/30 2020, the same week the credit was approved. Then the correct documentation for the registration of the vehicle was delivered. Each week was a new requirement for another document. Then, after a month of all this process and this delay, it was found that the seller passed on my wrong information to the point that my license expired after more than 20 days. Not to mention that my bank account registration was delayed, delaying payment, thereby making me feel uncomfortable. I gave up on the purchase, I'm going to look for another Toyota dealer. More
