The service was great overall. They even sent me a video link to see the inspection of my car while they were changing the oil. The only thing I did not like was that the service assistant made a negative c link to see the inspection of my car while they were changing the oil. The only thing I did not like was that the service assistant made a negative comment when I showed him I had a cheaper coupon. He still applied the better deal but it was an unnecessary comment. If I’m the one paying for my service I don’t need his comment on saving a few bucks. More

Terrible experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. Gamesmanship with my trade in value. The sales rep thought I said we had x amount remaining in payments and that’s the exact number he came back wi Gamesmanship with my trade in value. And - they created fictional problems with the car to justify the price. When I almost walked out they gave me the fair price. They pushed and pushed the extended warranty. To the point why they tried making me feel bad for not taking it! They said about a day to get the car to my daughter and it took more than three! My biggest regret was not walking out and going anywhere else. Never again - horrible dealership for purchasing a vehicle. More
