Today I received top notch Service at Beradi Toyota, Framingham. Special thanks to Phil and Dominic! The staff did a great in getting to the root of the problem with my car, shared pictures and a video of the issue and explained how he was going to fix it. I had a mysterious stain on my headliner and because of the stain's proximity to the side curtain airbag I called Beradi and had an appointment the very next day. It wasn't the airbag after all it was that a mouse had taken up residence and was using my car's ceiling as a bathroom!! Phil quickly got the area cleaned and disinfected and put the parts of the car door and headliner back together in no time. I was very impressed with today's service, as I am every time I bring my Rav4 to Beradi. The staff is professional helpful and friendly. I feel appreciated as a long time customer. I always wait for my car because a comfortable waiting area is provided with wifi access, refreshments, restrooms and cable tv. I will always return to Beradi for my car maintenance and repairs. Five stars. More

I’m very disappointed with my buying experience here at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham Ma. I traded in my 2011 Honda Accord and put 20k cash down. I owed $4950 on the car still and they gave me 2k for Bernardi Toyota in Framingham Ma. I traded in my 2011 Honda Accord and put 20k cash down. I owed $4950 on the car still and they gave me 2k for it and rolled the remaining balance in to my new loan. If I had known they were going to roll the remaining balance into my new loan I would have just paid it myself. Also they have bad communication with trying to get a hold of anyone as far as putting running boards on and seeing when it would be ready. They sold me a warranty that was $5000 and I decided that I didn’t want it. Even trying to get that was a hassle. I had to go there and physically sit down with someone to get it done. So they didn’t rewrite the contract to subtract the difference they just said it will be deducted off the amount financed. Il never by a brand new car from here again. BEWARE PEOPLE!!! More

Walked out of Bernardi Toyota with my new car today. They made it happen and it was a pleasure. Peter was great even brought me food while I waited for paperwork to be finished.
