This service visit to Toyota was by far the best I've experienced. In the 10.5 years I've used you, I've never been able to reach or have returned a phone call from my service advisor. On July 31, Toyota determined I needed parts on hand to replace some sensors. You scheduled an appointment in the middle of August to do the work. I came and was sent home without the repair, I was told replace some sensors. You scheduled an appointment in the middle of August to do the work. I came and was sent home without the repair, I was told the parts were not delivered. I would be called when they came in. I did not hear from anyone even though I called 4 times, talked to four different persons that said they would call me back. No one did. I made an appointment on Sept. 28 for service. Finally, Albin Bytyqi resolved the issue, had the part ordered overnight so the car could be repaired on Sept. 29. He did give me a break on the cost of the repair. I appreciated that but you need to have your front line of service people respond and call customers back. It should not take about two months for a half an hour repair job to happen. More
