Hi Aidan, Thanks for reaching out. I brought my car in to address an issue that is common in 2015 Toyota Corollas and something that was the result how the vehicle was manufactured. (The issue being that the front doors of the vehicle were not sealed from water/moisture when manufactured which leads to the corrosion of wiring and the loss of speakers and power windows in both doors.) In an effort to save time on your end and make the problem easy to spot, I removed one of the door panels on the inside of my vehicle to display the corroded speaker wire, which I made very clear to person I spoke to and in my online appointment description. After several back and forth phone calls, I was quoted $147 just to look at the car when the problem was out in the open, known to be a problem with that vehicle, and of not fault to me. That is incredibly frustrating and does not seem fair, but if that's your policy then so be it. On the other side, you were quick to fix a recall on the vehicle while it was in for the service, which I do appreciate. When I went to pick up my keys with my son, the individual I had spoken to throughout the process pointed out something on my paperwork to a co-worker, they both looked at me again and then laughed to one another before giving me said paperwork. Regardless of whether they were laughing at me or a typo on the form, it was completely unprofessional and it ruined any hope of me taking my business there again.
