Scheduled a visit for a recall and confirmed before the visit that all parts were there. Took the day off and when I got there was told the parts would not be in until the next Tuesday and made another app visit that all parts were there. I explained what i was told and they were going to check and get back to me but never heard back. Received appointment reminder the night before and I questioned it again with no response. Received a "missed" appointment the day after the appointment. Called and said still on backorder. The next day got another call saying the parts were in. Made another appointment and hopefully it will be taken care of and only have to take 2 days off. The service dept. does not seem to be communicating amongst themselves and need to be better organized. More

My experience at Bernardi Toyota was great. When I arrived I already knew the car I wanted and had previously done a test drive. I stopped in to see if they had a new 2021 RAV4 Prime and they did.
