My recent experience with Bernardi Toyota, Framingham has been great. On my first visit, I was greeted within 30 seconds of my arrival at the front desk although the receptionist was on the phone with a clie been great. I did not feel pressured, and he was very helpful all through the process. The finance manager, Bruno Lopes was also great in explaining the finance process, answering my questions, and worked with me to come up with a payment plan that I am comfortable with. In general, everyone I came across was helpful and pleasant. I look forward to continuing doing business with them. More
