My first time there and it was a pleasure, I was greeted by Eduarda immediately, she listened to my needs and reiterated the reasons for my visit . I was asked to wait in the very clean and comfortable waiting area, soon after my mind was totally blown by seeing a video of my truck and showing what is being done and the multi point check . This whole experience was a joy and Eduarda did convince me to pre purchase my next two oil service and tire rotation at a dealership in SW Florida where we are moving to. Had bad wheel vibration. Dealer claimed problem was front brake caliber had seazed, causing the vibration. They replaced front disc brakes, rotors, and calipers at a cost of Dealer claimed problem was front brake caliber had seazed, causing the vibration. They replaced front disc brakes, rotors, and calipers at a cost of $1,100. Drove 20 miles down the road and found out still had same vibration problem if speed was above 70 mph. Decide to drive the remaining 400 miles to home keeping speed at 65 mph. Took car to tire dealer who rebalanced the tires which solved the problem. I paid $1.100 to Bernardi Toyota for nothing. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service advisor who assisted me said it would take one and a half hours to do the oil change even though I had an appointment. Approximately twenty minutes later, the advisor said my car was done! I was shocked that it was finished so soon since he told me previously it would take one and a half hours. In any event, when I got home, I looked under the hood and the fluids in my car were very low. Even the windshield wiper fluid was extremely low. When I called the dealer, a service person named Justin was very rude and told me that no one forced me to come to the dealership. I asked to speak to the service manager and this guy named Ernest called me but he was no help at all making excuses for his rude and incompetent staff members. I offered to send him a pic of the empty windshield wiper reservoir. He said yes send him the pic and he also requested my vin# and the mileage on the car. After sending him the info he wanted, he simply sent me an email acknowledging the receipt of the email but no remedy was offered for the low fluids in my car. Years ago this dealer was decent. Now they cannot be trusted to perform the service they say they will perform. God to another dealer, Bernardi appears to be scamming customers! Take a look at their 2 star ratings on Yelp as they want to make it seem like I am the only one who is dissatisfied with their service. More
