Typically, I have been pleased. This time, I noticed a huge scratch across the passenger side of my minivan when I came out of the waiting room. Although they "assured" me that it was there when I arrived, and the manager brought out a paper "noting the scratches" after I expressed my distress, I can no longer trust them to tell the truth. It would not have raised so much suspicion had they brought the scratch to my attention on my arrival. It is easy enough--too easy--to gaslight. The scratch looked like something done in the work area with a machine on wheels trying to squeeze through a small space. I *know* that there was no scratch the day before, and I was on that side of the car when I dropped off the vehicle that morning. White scratch on dark blue car would be very noticeable and eye-catching! Also suspicious: the video showing the repairs did not show the rear passenger side brake, although it was part of the (expensive) repair. I wondered why. More
