I was looking around for a Tundra for a while and debating what I wanted. I had finally decided on a double cab. I had made a deal with another dealer before heading to Bernardi, but after a month debating what I wanted. I had finally decided on a double cab. I had made a deal with another dealer before heading to Bernardi, but after a month of not finding me the truck I wanted I went looking elsewhere. I had been to two other dealers who were not overly helpful but I thought I finally was able to get me what I wanted and told me I could get it and they would find it for me. Frustrated after no answers , I went to another website to find help. One of the guys on the message board recommended these guys. I was at the table for twenty minutes and realized I was finally getting straight answers, all I had wanted was a rear window to slide down and was shown the right truck and features I wanted. I have been in my truck for a while now and have nothing but love for it and Bernardi. I can only show praise for the knowledge and respect I was given by the Bernardi staff. More
About three years ago, my credit was awful. I could not get approved anywhere on a car loan until I went to Bernardi Toyota and talked to Gil Rogers and Miguel Garcia. I was approved on a lease and they told me if I paid it on time for three years, then my credit would be re-established. I talked to Gil many times in that three years. I asked him alot of questions about how loans and credit works. My 3 years was up this past summer, but when I went to the dealership, Miguel told me that Gil was out on sick leave and wouldn't be back for awhile. I eventually bought a car from Bob. Bob was great.The manager Steve Aswad was great too. Alot of gadgets on these new cars. I know how everything works thanks to Bob! But thanks to Gil, I got a 5.9% rate. Three years ago I had trouble getting three times that. Thank you Bernardi Toyota!!! More
I walked out of this dealer without buying a car. They quoted me a price via email and prmoised they could get me any color I wanted. They sent me a new quote via email, and I got a better deal at Ira III in Milford, who were friendly, low-key and didn't use "bait and switch tactics." More
I was looking for a 2007 Camry and was deceived by the sales manager on the quote, he quoted me a price over the phone with Option C that includes everything, navigation, stability control and heated seat sales manager on the quote, he quoted me a price over the phone with Option C that includes everything, navigation, stability control and heated seats and asked me to come in immediately to the dealership, I told him that I will get there tomorrow. Luckily I called him back asking him to e-mail me the quote and the details that we talked about. He sent me the e-mail which was good, but skipped the navigation system, i called him back telling him that he missed it and I wont come in to the dealership until I receive that e-mail but he denined the fact that we ever talked about navigation and was asking for $2000 more. If I wouldn't have called and asked him to send me the details in an e-mail, it would have been the classic bait and switch. Later I realized that he was giving me option A (basic) and still quoted me higher for that, I rather spend more money and buy it from somewhere else then from here. More

They could not figure out how to activate the bluetooth, nor did they take the time to show my wife how to work the nav system. They offered one financing rate which we signed for and then reversed themselves. they called to ask us to come back. When we did, the finance person had no idea why we were there. I have purchased many cars from this family of dealerships. All have been superior EXCEPT this one. I would go anywhere else More
I placed down a deposit on a used Corolla which carried a 24-hour refundable guarantee. I later went to Lexington Toyota and got a better price on a newer (still used) car with lower mileage. The next morning I went back to Bernardi to get my refund and which they first tried to refuse, then they said it could only be issued by the salesman that I dealt with (who conveniently was not available). I waited for close to an hour when finally Ron returned. From a few feet away I could hear the other guy say, "there is nothing you can do", soon after which I got my refund. I loath this establishment and will never return, and I highly recommend others stay away as well. If you want a Toyota, I recommend Lexington or Acton. More

Shawn told us up front what we were upagainst (we owed too much money on our trade), he also said they had the only guy in the state that can figure out difficult loans...Gil Rogers. The "Sales Assistant" who helped us was very knowledgable and nice. Then when we talked to the "Sales Manager", he was rude condescending and pushy. Even if he were offering a better deal than knowledgable and nice. Then when we talked to the "Sales Manager", he was rude condescending and pushy. Even if he were offering a better deal than another dealership, which he was not, I would not buy my car there. He was the typical sleazy car salesman that makes car shopping a nightmare. This is the 2nd time I've been to that dealership, first time was 5 years ago when I bought my previous car and I had the same experience. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought I'd try again. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in 5 years. More
Recently I gave my car for a Timing belt Service. They gave all the quotes on the parts but never revealed how much they charge for the parts. When the service was over they have charged me 94$ per hour o gave all the quotes on the parts but never revealed how much they charge for the parts. When the service was over they have charged me 94$ per hour on the labour totalling 430$ on Labour alone and 250 for the parts. Even the Luxury car dealers won't charge 94$/hour. Have I been cheated with this price or do you guys think its a fair price for Toyotal Labout charge?? Appreciate your feedback. More
totally aweful from beginning to end. 2 different prices on the internet, and a 3rd price on the window of the car. I had already gone $2k over the most I wanted to give for the car, so I would not budge, but niether would they. I can't believe they would offer so little when a customer is paying tens of thousands for a car. More
