Went to purchase a certified Toyota Sienna. John showed us several that looked to be well maintained, and we selected the one with the fewest miles. Price negotiations were fair, and we didn't feel that he tried to pressure us into buying options we did not want - he laid them out, explained the benefits, and accepted our choices (we did make it clear that we had done our reasearch and knew what we wanted up front). After looking a several other dealers, we came back to Bernardi, and John tied up the deal quickly and within half a day we had our car. I would recommend John and Bernardi to others. More
Initially all of my business was conducted over the phone since I was traveling. Josh and the other members who helped me out were extremely conscientious of my time when they called and made the entire ove since I was traveling. They had to locate the car I really wanted, and even though it was difficult to find the exact color, they did! And in a very short amount of time. One I got there, they were opening the door for me, serving beverages, and being about the friendliest folks I've ever met at a dealership. The four people who stuck out the most for me were John at the front desk - super friendly, Jess who opened the door for me several times and was a great liaison, Michelle who put all the documentation together very quickly and explained things thoroughly, and finally Josh, who saw me thought from beginning to end in the friendliest, most efficient manner I've ever seen. So, I called the dealership because I saw a car online in their used inventory that I was very interested in. I specifically asked the sales rep (Josh) on the phone to go out into the parking lot and "eyeba their used inventory that I was very interested in. He called me back to tell me that it was indeed a wagon, and confirmed that he had seen it with his own two eyes. I told him I wanted to be sure because I was driving in from some distance away (almost 100 miles!), and I didn't want to waste my time. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to see the car and was seated in the waiting area. About 10 minutes later, they come back to me to tell me that the car I was interested in was sold and then tried to talk to me about another car. I thought the bait-n-switch thing was frowned upon....wonder if the GM knows that this is going on? More
Very friensly, courteous, customer service oriented environment. I have bought many cars from many types of dealerships over the last 45 years, and I have to tell you that this was probably the most pl environment. I have bought many cars from many types of dealerships over the last 45 years, and I have to tell you that this was probably the most pleasant, efficient experience that I have ever had with a large volume dealership. Very eager to please with every issue we had, no matter how minor. I will definately be touting Bernardi's committment to excellence for quite a while. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. More
This is our second excellent experience buying a car at Bernardi. We worked with two salesmen (the one we had when we bought a Prius in 2009) and one that was on the night we went to the dealership. When I enter the front door, I was nicely greeted by the repectionist. (Not sure of her name). She got a salesperson and he (Bruno Medina) came promptly. When it comes to buying cars it is a team effort and all of them were fantastic! Even the guy who did the care inspection in the Service Dept and all the workers in their office. Hats off to all the employees throughout the place. But if I had to pick one in particular Bruno. Bruno was the one who worked closely with me and was extremely attentive. Give Bruno an raise! More

The salesman, Marcos Torres, immediately approached us when he saw us looking at vehicle in the lot. He has a friendly, helpful manner, willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. He readily showed us the models we were interested in seeing, having us sit inside and test drive those that we might want. He pointed out the newer features in the vehicles as well as the similarities to the lease vehicle I was returning. When sitting down to complete the paperwork, Marcos was gracious and worked with us deciding on the financial aspects with the managing staff. When picking up the vehicle, he personally took the time to walk through all the features again. He has since called us ensure our satisfaction. The office staff was also helpful and friendly when completing the final financial details and paperwork. More
Marcos Torres provided a great new car purchase experiance. Coming in knowing what model and budget we expected meant it was up to the dealer to simply meet our expectations. I believe Marcos simply using his experiance with a style that facilitated purchasing the vehicle we wanted vs. being sold or attempting to upsell was a great credit to the car buying experiance for Bernardi as a dealer. As a dealer the support staff was proffesional and met all our needs. As long as Bernardi has sales staff like Marcos I will return and recommend Bernardi. More
