Thank you for your response. While I was told the dealership would work toward a resolution, the only follow-up I received was an email advising me to file an insurance claim. This damage is clearly consistent with an improperly aligned rear wiper arm at delivery — a matter of dealership workmanship, not a manufacturer defect. I will be submitting a formal request under Massachusetts consumer protection law (M.G.L. Chapter 93A) and expect the dealership to take responsibility. I will update this review if the issue is addressed appropriately.
