I went to another dealership. They promised me discounts right up to the point where I was ready to buy. Suddenly the discounts had just expired. They then offered a small amount off list claiming it was all but unheard of and the offer would expire if I walked away. I played hardball, asked for another $1k off, still under what had been offered to get me in the door. They refused. The next day I stopped by Bernardi. They offered the exact car I wanted for a nicer price in very little time. It was the easiest decision I ever made. Highly recommend. More
Have been to many other toyota service departments for my car. Moved to Ashland recently so came to Bernadi for convenience of location. Philip was very helpful and friendly, my tech had great communication. Everything was great until it was time to check out. I believe I dealt with Eduarda gomes or her name might have been Marianna. Whoever was working the evening of 11Nov25. She was extremely rude, condescending and combative, when all I wanted to confirm was if my card was double charged. Her supervisor was able to assist me on checking and even after complaining to her supervisor she maintained the same condescending smile. Her supervisor asked who else I had worked with earlier in the day so he could assist me. I asked her and she said “I don’t know you should know that” and walked away in front of the supervisor. Its clear that employees here aren’t held accountable for their poor decisions based on her behavior. I came to Bernadi’s for good customer service and convenience. Don’t plan on returning which is a shame because everything else was going so well until the end. More
