Bernardi wanted $130 for an oil change on my wife’s basic Camry 4-cylinder. What a money grab!! Yes, I had it done there, but while waiting I called two other Toyota dealers nearby and got prices of $70 Camry 4-cylinder. What a money grab!! Yes, I had it done there, but while waiting I called two other Toyota dealers nearby and got prices of $70 in Auburn, and $90 in Westborough. Yup, I got serviced by Bernardi, but never again. Oh, and for $130 they don’t bother to wash or even vacuum the car. I’m done there. More

Both my salesman and finance guy said the car didn’t have one. 5 months later the company that installed it hadn’t contacted me to come out and put one in then I had a friend tell me it already came with one. Anyone who’s bought a vehicle here and was sold a remote starter separately should check their window sticker to see if it already had one. More

Drove over 1hr to look at a Mercedes benz E450 convertible. When we got to the dealership to see the car, I was told there is a deposit on it from a buyer in RI who did not make it to the dealersh convertible. When we got to the dealership to see the car, I was told there is a deposit on it from a buyer in RI who did not make it to the dealership that day It's funny because I been emailing and on the phone for 2 days no one told me that. Get through the whole process to go for a test drive and look over the car. Test drive was great but the car is so dirty on the outside I can't see the paint really well so we ask to have the car washed and about 45min later the car was all clean so it can be inspected. Car overall was in amazing condition, but the dime size dent on the passenger door that I did point out. We did have a trade but decided to go a different route and just buy the car. Did all the paperwork asked when the car will be ready. I told 2 to 3 days ok see you in a few days and left. Did my part and let my sales person know Monday morning that the insurance is all set just send the paperwork and we are good to register the car. A week of calls to my insurance company, they are telling me the financing is not complete the dealership telling me they sent all the paperwork to the insurance company it was 100% the dealership was dysfunctional never have I seen it take a week to get plates for a car. Picked the car up on the worst day of the week rain and snow and drove the 1hr + ride home. Next morning I head out to the garage to setup some of the systems and look at the new toy and I see the whole frount bumper started peeling clear coat and paint. So we reach out to the sales person who sold me the car and was like the bumper is peeling and go no response. Finally called and asked to speak to Chris the sales manager was a good chat photos of the bumper peeling paint and clear coat and was told he will get back to me. In the meantime I made a call to a body shop that I trust and know well to get a quote to fix this issue so I have some idea of what needs to be done. After he looked at the photos he gave a rough estimate of 1,500 to 2k for the paint work to be fixed but he needs to see it in person to make a full estimate. Never got my call back from the dealer I called got sent to VM called sent to VM. Finally Chris called back we talked and I was told there is nothing they are going to do it is what it is. So I am now stuck with a 2k repair bill to fix paint work that was not peeling when I got the car but failed the day I drove it home. If your going to buy a car buy from a dealership that stands behind there customers. This is the 4th car my family has got from the this dealership and it is the last. More

Not one to write a review on anything but I just have to for my first service at Bernardi’s Framingham. This is the first dealership that DID NOT overfill my oil! Also a big plus was that they DID NOT try to push additional services. Do I need to say more I had to go out of my way to Bernardi’s and glad I did. I switched my service to this dealer and am thrilled with my first experience. My car was serviced at the time I made the appointment for, a video of inspection was sent during the service, and it was all fi my first experience. Very contentious salesman. The Sequoia they had was not my color. He was not pushy at all but very friendly and helpful.
