Managed to knock my right rear view mirror off my brand new car. Bernardi brought the part in overnight and it was fixed by noon the next day. I brought my car in for service. Mariana was the representative who took my car in. I was very disappointed with the additional charges above the estimate I received. Also, I was charged a fee (~4%) of the total because I was paying with a credit card. This is the first time I’ve seen this fee. Customer service could have been better. Other service advisors (Phil) have been fantastic to work with. I do like the Service department but this last visit didn’t sit well with me. More

I’ve been going to Bernardi’s since 2005 for service. I had bought a 2005 Sienna and Bernardi’s service was the easiest dealer to make appointments with. In 2008, y wife and I bought a 2009 Prius for he I had bought a 2005 Sienna and Bernardi’s service was the easiest dealer to make appointments with. In 2008, y wife and I bought a 2009 Prius for her to use. I’ve been getting it serviced there since then. Just had a quick maintenance done this morning. I had dropped the car off Friday night for service today. My service advisor, Phil, kept me updated, sent me a link to the video of the service tech reviewing the car and made some suggestions for the next service. Stopped back in, and checked in with Phil, who has been my advisor many times over the years. Price was good, service was fast and they seem to be one of the few dealers in the area who are usually able to get you in for service promptly. More
