I appreciated that.When recommending additional service such as a cabin filter , you should lower the price knowing that a customer could purchase it at an auto part store and do it themselves I know your professional mechanics need to be paid for their services, but you're also losing revenue when customers decline a simple service that doesn't take but 5-10 minutes for a skilled mechanic to complete. The filter is ~$20, but you were going to charge me $70- 85 to install. Now why would I just give away money like that? Make the customer feel that the dealership is not a rip-off More
