Fantastic Experience Chris was great to work with. He was super friendly, very helpful, and easy to talk. He listened to what I wanted, even though I already knew, gave Chris was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted, even though I already knew, gave me all my options and was patient with my indecisiveness with the color of the car. He showed me all my options and never tried pushing me to go with something I didn't want or something I couldn't afford. He helped me get the exact car I wanted while keeping it in my budget. He was very easy to work with and let me test drive a few extras just to make sure I was certain with my choice. Everyone there was willing to work with me to make sure I could get the exact car I wanted, without forcing me to have to downgrade to get the car I wanted, while keeping the price exactly where I needed it to be. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly making sure I had everything I needed. The only negative part of my experience was the amount of time I had to wait the morning I went in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. I do work in the customer service field so I do understand that not everything is quick and sometimes you just have to wait. I waited almost 2 hours before I got to sit down with the financial guy just to get financing set up and get all the paperwork signed. Then I had to wait for a bit, as Chris was with a customer, before I could get my plates transferred from my old car to the new one, get the keys, go through the books, and make sure I understood everything. While waiting another sales guy, Taylor, that I had spoke to for a bit the last time I was there came up and asked how I was doing. I told him I was in a hurry as I had to drive back up to get to work and I was waiting for Chris. He too was very helpful by getting the stuff from Chris to help him out and get everything rolling. While Taylor went through the manuals, the keys and getting Blue Link set up Chris fought with my plates to get them swapped out. They both did a great job making sure I could get out of there and get back to Green Bay for work. I do understand waiting isn't his fault as it was busy in there and everyone was occupied. Unfortunately because I had to hurry to get to work a few things, like how the navigation worked, didn't get explained, which is fine because I figured it out. Again, I totally understood the wait time as I do work in customer service so this negative comment on the wait time shouldn't reflect on him as I know it was busy that day. All and all my experience with the Bergstrom Hyundai was fantastic. This was definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership thus far. Everyone was super friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. I would absolutely 100% recommend Bergstrom Hyundai to anyone and will definitely be making the 30 mile trip down there to get my car serviced. Great customer service, friendly staff and professional behavior. More
