My Experience with Bergstrom Salesman showed us all the vehicles we were wanting to look at. We chose a limited model of a 2015 hyundai Sonata. We like all the extras on the car and have driven it on a major highway, and like the side mirrors letting us know of the traffic that could be there. Still getting used to the navigational system and have asked our salesman to take time again with us. He is fine with that. It is all so new to us, that we will need another lesson on this. He went over it a couple of times and we thought we had it. Grasping all the new technology is a bit overwhelming for us. More

Sebastian was amazing and extremely knowledgeable! Jacob, Mike and Missy were also a great help, very professional, nice and not pushy. I too practice my own business this way so I expect the same from the ones I work with. I have purchased many cars before, as well as growing up around them so I would say I am pretty knowledgeable with them. At no time did anyone at this dealership treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about or step over what I was saying. I was a very hard customer to work with seeing I was so undecided on what I really wanted and was very picky. Sebastian was always happy to see me and answer ever question I had with no hesitation or signs of frustrations. They gave me close to what I wanted in a trade in for my car, so I was happy with that.... I am very pleased with my purchase of my 2016 Tucson Limited and would recommend Bergstrom to all my family and friends. GO THE EXTRA MILE! We found the suv we were looking for with the help of our great and very knowledgeable sales associate, Sebastian. We sat down to work out the deal using our current vehicle as a trade in. Our vehicle was in very good condition, never in an accident, very low mileage. Expecting to get a good trade in value. Bergstrom checks CarFax on all used vehicles in order to give a fair trade in. To our great surprise, erroneous information was reported on our VIN # two years ago resulting in the report stating our car was in a TOTAL LOSS car accident. Needless to say, DO NOT RELY ON CARFAX OR AUTO CHECK INFORMATION TO BE ACCURATE INFORMATION. It took a month of trying to get the information needed to get the reporting insurance company that made the error in VIN # to fix the situation. Jacob Behnke, general sales manager, was a great help in trying to resolve the situation. He kept us informed as to his progress. With the information he had gotten for us and help from our Auto Owners Ins company we were able to get the information needed. Jacob and Sebastian never just forgot about us and we appreciate all that was done for us. Great sales team at Bergstrom. AND we love our new Sante Fe Sport. Great ride, good mileage, huge sun roof, keyless entry, great interior, navigation, automatic trunk opening, 8 inch touch screen, back up camera. Platinum Graphite exterior.
