Awesome Adventure I stopped by Bergstrom to get an idea of how I should proceed with my lease ending soon. Zach was friendly and helpful. He had a car waiting for a tes I stopped by Bergstrom to get an idea of how I should proceed with my lease ending soon. Zach was friendly and helpful. He had a car waiting for a test drive since I had called ahead. He asked if I liked my current Hyundai and what features/color I was looking for. The car waiting had everything I wanted so we took a test drive. He then explained how I could leave with the new car, which I had not anticipated doing. After working out the paperwork, we went to the service area (which I had already used), met some key people and after a short wait the paperwork was ready. I felt informed and was treated very well by all those I worked with. They filled the gas tank, washed the car and Zach explained everything in the car and hooked up my phone. I was on my way with an amazing new car in just a couple hrs. I had no idea that such an amazing adventure awaited me when I walked into Bergstrom's and met Zach! More

Awesome Buying Experience I met Patrick Carroll when I wanted to look at a Mazda CX5. I didn't realize that it was 5 minutes before closing when I came in, and Patrick didn't e I met Patrick Carroll when I wanted to look at a Mazda CX5. I didn't realize that it was 5 minutes before closing when I came in, and Patrick didn't even hesitate to work with me. I ended up test driving it as well as other SUVs, also working with Matt Langkau at Bergstrom Ford in Oshkosh (another fantastic salesman). My husband & I decided that we liked the ride of the Ford Escape better than the CX5. Patrick was working with two other customers when we stopped in to drive the Mazda one last time to be sure, and he didn't hesitate to get us set up for the drive. Patrick was very gracious about our choice, but asked if I wanted to test drive the Tucson, since we were in Appleton. I'd forgotten that I had even looked at it on the lot the first time I came in. We weren't even off the lot during the drive when my husband & I knew it was the car for us. Even though he was busy with two other clients (& it was again just a few minutes before closing), Patrick remembered details of my preferences & made certain to find the vehicle that was best suited for our needs.
