Zach Nussbaum greeted us on the lot that day right after being completely turned off at another dealership. He asked us several questions and LISTENED to us, and that is what helped us find the right car. It was because of his suggestions after listening to what we were looking for that we upgraded trim classes that made sense to us. Prior to coming on to this lot we were very frustrated with the entire car buying process. Everyone in the dealership has been extremely friendly and helpful, I can see that customer service is a top priority(and I am a tough customer) and thoroughly followed through and not just talked about inside your organization.
