Dishonest & misleading I called ahead of time to make certain that the vehicle I wanted to test-drive was in stock and on the lot. I was told by both the sales rep and the i I called ahead of time to make certain that the vehicle I wanted to test-drive was in stock and on the lot. I was told by both the sales rep and the inventory manager that this was true. When I arrived at the dealership about two hours later. I gave out all my personal information upon request, politely yet reluctantly. Only after my personal information was giving out, I was then told the car I had called about was not even on the lot. In fact they didn't even have any available, anywhere. This is not the first negative experience I've had with this Bergstrom, but I decided to give them another try and stay local. Shame on me. I definitely will never go back to Bergstrom. More
