For the most part everything was done either online or over the phone. The i9ssue with my car was taken care of the way I have become to expect. I have just started working with Dan Tibbets and he kept me informed all along, plus he is a very professional consultant to work with. I am completely satisfied and will continue to take my business to Bergstrom's on Green Bay Road in Neenah. More
Fabulous!!! It was easy to check in and get my car serviced with little contact. Any contact had, guidelines were being followed as far as face masks and disinfe It was easy to check in and get my car serviced with little contact. The lady at the service department kept telling me she couldn't help me because she couldn't find myself or my vehicle in the system! I bought my vehicle brand new from Bergstrom GM of Neenah roughly 2 years ago, just had it in 2 1/2 months ago getting looked but yet they couldn't find my vehicle or me in the system?!?! I'm now going through a more professional location that is actually willing to help!! I will never be back to this location and I doubt I will every buy another vehicle from Bergstrom. More
Unbelievable I flew 1500 miles to buy a truck. Had major rust I issue between the frame and bed. . Asked to lower price $500. Total refusal from dealership. Seriou I flew 1500 miles to buy a truck. I had good faith to come, at least you could do $500 now, not tell me they'll pay something later. Business integrity would show good faith today, not some day, when I live half way across the country. Mr Bergstrom., Integrity (or lack there of) goes a long way sir. Now I've spent almost $1300 for a mind blowing, disheartening experience. More

High Integrity- Great to deal with I interacted with Bergstrom via internet and phone calls. We had a deal pretry much wrapped up within a day or so. Their prices are very competitive and they are up front and honest about any potential “flaws” with their vehicles. Jason Gerken is really good to work with and is all over it when you have a question or concern. I ultimately purchased a different vehicle somewhere else but due to their integrity, I will definitely consider them in the future. I recommend Bergstrom. More

We found several items broken or missing on the vehicle when we went through it thoroughly at home, and rather than even contact the salesperson, who was very crude, we had them repaired. We took our Traverse in for an oil change at Bergstrom (only because it was free), and apparently the mechanic never reset the sensor that alerts you to change your oil. Fortunately, we realized we were going too long and not being notified. We would NEVER buy a vehicle from Bergstrom again. We actually have another free oil change coming, but I will not take a chance of going back to Bergstrom for service. Not worth ruining the vehicle. More

Take money no help with warranty Got a rebuilt "GM" transmission,$4100.00 cost R& R. I have all service done at GM dealers above and beyond warranty requirements. After 11 mo. 27 days Got a rebuilt "GM" transmission,$4100.00 cost R& R. I have all service done at GM dealers above and beyond warranty requirements. After 11 mo. 27 days and 103000 miles transmission is shot, never towed and all highway miles. GM says tough luck buddy.wants me to do it again.I said no.I went to people that rebuild for everyone, cost me $2750.00 installed with 3 yr/ unlimited mileage warranty. To xxxx with GM service. I will never step foot in a GM service dept again, I own a Cadillac DeVille a Trail blazer and a Chevy express van, they will never see a GM garage again, xxxx on them. I also will purchase my vehicles from auctions from here on no more xx GM warranties for me.F Palmquist More
