Car serviced oil change and tires rotated I would like to have had a print out of the list of things checked and with information on my car. I did not receive anything with any information an I would like to have had a print out of the list of things checked and with information on my car. I did not receive anything with any information and the person who serviced it did not talk to me about it either. I had black grease on the door and near the seatbelt as well that I had to clean. Friendly, fast and fair I was from out of state and needed my oil changed, I neglected to change it before my trip. Not having an appointment the service writer told me that I was from out of state and needed my oil changed, I neglected to change it before my trip. Not having an appointment the service writer told me that they could do it but it would be later in the day, I was staying with my sister and brother in law so that wasn’t a problem. I received a phone call and was informed that a power steering line was leaking, I had forgotten that my hometown Ford dealer had put dye in the system during my previous oil change. I was told that they could have the part in the morning and install it. They did and my car was ready by 3 pm the next day. I’m very happy with the service I received and the folks were very friendly. More
