Car was towed in on Monday - tried to call on Friday for update since I had not heard anything from the service center, could not get an answer, call Car was towed in on Monday - tried to call on Friday for update since I had not heard anything from the service center, could not get an answer, called on Saturday and spoke to Cheryl in the GMC service center and she left a message for the Ford service center to call me with an update. Received a call from Lisa on Monday and from that point on she took care of everything. I was able to pick my car up Tuesday afternoon and was able to use owner points (Thanks to Lisa) to cover the cost. More
