Stan - my salesman - greeted me right out front and was kind and patient with me throughout the entire process of looking over my new-to-me Prius. David was patient when my car buying entourage had some tough questions and was willing to take the time to address our concerns. Then Nick came in at the end and was able to answer all of my questions about financing, as well as being able to negotiate a really great rate for me AND lay out different options for me to choose from regarding different maintenance packages/GAP protection, etc. Each of these gentlemen took the time to answer my questions and gave thoughtful, straightforward answers. They never made me feel pressured or like I was asking a dumb question, which I found very important as I am still fairly new to the car-buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership - especially to anyone who is new (or new-ish) to purchasing cars. More

Truck First looked at new Toyota tundras. Had a young/newer sales man who didn’t have quite the knowledge of the specifics I was looking for. Not his fault First looked at new Toyota tundras. Then I came to look for an online used truck and was informed it wasn’t on the lot. Waited 15 min for it to show up and had another sales rep tag along and help with the sale. Nice guy too and had more info to offer. Sale was decent. Not as much wiggle room as I would have liked. None the less it was a nice truck and was properly cleaned and washed before turning over to me. Staff was nice and waited for me to close the deal shortly after hours. More
